HOME to SCHOOL - Communication Methods
AIM
To improve communication between Home and SchoolThe School sends information to parents/carers on a frequent basis using email, with paper copies for those without email. We also highlight every circular on school websites. Using email has vastly improved the speed and reliability of communication from school to home. With regard to parents/carers communicating with the School, it is sometimes difficult to know whom to approach when you have an enquiry so we would request that you follow the guidance below.
Most commonly communication is via email or telephone. Important circular of academic year send by courier to parents. Parents can see their child’s attendance, results and pick-up point through the Parent Portal where they have access through log in. If parents telephone the school they will be able to speak to a member of the office staff. Names of the leaders section wise are given below.
The school’s expectation is that the majority of communication about your children will be directly from parent. Subject Teachers, Principal and PRO may also be contacted parents as appropriate. Members of the school should only be contacted over serious matters. Once an enquiry has been received in the school, the member of staff will respond within three working days, unless absent due to illness. Parents contact only on landline numbers of school, don’t contact any person on their personal numbers.
School Landline Numbers:
# 079 / 232 77 354
# 079 / 232 77 355
The School would request that parents telephone the School Office staff to leave a message for their child only in an emergency.
Parents can also find lots of useful information on the website of the school; on the website you find much information like Rules & Regulations, School Activities, Facilities, Gallery, etc.
